outdoor cardio workout

Took my workout to the roof of my apartment complex this AM for a full HIIT cardio sesh and it was amazing! I added resistance bands for an added challenge on some exercises, but you can totally still do them without! *And for the jump rope, you can just pretend you have one if you actually don’t. Head outside and give this one a try sometime this week!👇🏻

EACH CIRCUIT 4 ROUNDS:
40 sec work | 20 sec rest (2x)
30 sec work | 15 sec rest (2x)

CIRCUIT 1:
🔸 tricep pushup + rotations
🔸 banded lateral shuffles
🔸 banded squat jacks
.
CIRCUIT 2:
🔸 10 mountain climbers + 1 sprint
🔸 plank walkout + palms to elbows
🔸 lateral jumps
.
CIRCUIT 3:
🔸 regular sprints
🔸 jump rope
