CIRCUIT 1:
3 ROUNDS
DB front squat x 12
reverse lunge + glute-kick (left) x 14
reverse lunge + glute-kick (right) x 14 (I didn't film this side, but just switch legs!)
CIRCUIT 2:
3 ROUNDS: 1 minute work | 30 sec rest
DB glute bridges
DB sumo squat + calf raise + press
jump lunges
CIRCUIT 3:
3 ROUNDS
DB forward lunges x 12
plank jack + knee tuck x 24
I used 15lb for all movements except the glute bridges where I used 30lb! Lift as heavy as you can ladies!!!!
