INGREDIENTS:
1 pasture-raised egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1 serving collagen (optional)
1/2 cup tahini
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
2 tbsp almond flour
sea salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips or chocolate bar
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, whisk together these ingredients - egg, tahini, vanilla, maple syrup, and coconut oil until well-combined. It will be nice and creamy!
Add in the cacao powder, almond flour, ground flax seed, collagen (optional), sea salt and baking soda. Mix together until smooth. Add in the chocolate chips then mix again.
Use a spoon or ice cream scoop and transfer dough to a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Once evenly spread out, top with one last pinch of sea salt and a few more chocolate chips (or topping of choice!).
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
