There’s nothing like a yummy smoothie to kick off a hot summer morning! Over the years, I have loved creating new recipes for them and enjoying a jam-packed smoothie to kickstart my day. They are a perfect solution for getting in all your greens, healthy fats, fiber and protein (without really even tasting them!) and also are a great choice for when you’re on-the-go or in need of a healthy mid-day snack. Try this one out next time you need an idea!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup almond milk
1 1/2 cups frozen spinach
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup frozen berries
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 frozen banana
1 serving Truvani vanilla protein powder
1 serving Further Food collagen
ice (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients together and serve!
