a morning green superfood smoothie!!

There’s nothing like a yummy smoothie to kick off a hot summer morning! Over the years, I have loved creating new recipes for them and enjoying a jam-packed smoothie to kickstart my day. They are a perfect solution for getting in all your greens, healthy fats, fiber and protein (without really even tasting them!) and also are a great choice for when you’re on-the-go or in need of a healthy mid-day snack. Try this one out next time you need an idea!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen spinach

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 serving Truvani vanilla protein powder

  • 1 serving Further Food collagen

  • ice (optional)


DIRECTIONS:

  • Blend all ingredients together and serve!
