gluten-free dinner rolls

Everyone loves bread, especially as a side dish at dinner! Dinner rolls are probably one of the best things ever. BUT most breads contain a lot of added sugars and are made of refined grains that spike your blood sugar and fill your body with empty calories. I have good news though! You can STILL have yummy dinner rolls at dinner, thanks to products created by Simple Mills!! These are not only certified gluten-free, but they are free of all grains, soy, corn, dairy and emulsifiers and can be made into rolls, a flatbread or even a whole loaf. I personally made them into rolls (more items = more food in my mind lol).

I can't take credit for this recipe, but I had to post it for exposure for the company of Simple Mills (because they deserve it and I love their products), and also to personally express how amazing the recipe is! I am gluten-free for many reasons, and these are literally some of the best dinner rolls I have had!!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Serving Size: 12 dinner rolls

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, until evenly distributed

  • Pour batter into 12 greased muffin cups, about halfway full of batter for each

  • Bake 25 minutes until browned on the top

  • Add on some organic pasture-raised butter for extra flavor and a melt-in-your mouth sensation lol.

  • Viola! Dinner never has to be bread-less again.

xoxo,

Kell
