Dessert dessert is one of the best things in this world...clearly (a lot of the recipes I post about! Sorry....)
But this is one of my FAVORITES. They are small enough to not feel guilty about eating dessert BUT you won't have to anyways because they are full of all clean ingredients! And they are gluten-free and dairy-free! Plus, one batch of them makes a ton, so another great idea for a larger group....or again, all by yourself. Definitely guilty here. (I wish blogs had emoji's...)

Serving Size: 10-15 bites
Ingredients:
1 cup raw almond butter, peanut butter or cashew butter (8 ounces)
8 pitted dates
2 tablespoons organic maple syrup
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (or chocolate for slightly different taste)
2 tablespoons of flax seeds
2 tablespoons ground chia seeds
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips
Directions:
In a food processor, add in all ingredients except the chocolate chips and chopped nuts, and process until completely smooth
Add in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts, and continue to process until smooth
Use an ice cream scooper and your hands to form mix into small round balls. Repeat until all mix is used.
Store in fridge for about 30 minutes prior to eating, to allow them to firm up.
Enjoy!!! You won't be able to put them down ;)
